Dr. John C. Minichetti, General Dentist, Director of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry at Englewood Dental, has years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, implantology, and prosthetic reconstruction. Dr. Minichetti graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he finished first in his class. He then completed a postdoctoral specialized training program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He has been the recipient of numerous awards, including those for oral medicine, pharmacology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Jennifer Akkaway is a board-certified pediatric dentist with expertise in the unique needs of children and adolescents (specialty number 5890). She understands that children are not simply small adults. To provide them with optimum dental care, she knows that young patients require special techniques and a gentle touch. She believes that establishing a "dental home" before age one is important for achieving excellent lifelong dental health. Dr. Anna Hong, General Dentist and Co-Director Englewood Dental has more than 15 years of private practice experience. At Englewood Dental, Dr. Hong provides general, preventative, cosmetic, implant and children's dentistry. Dr. Hong is well versed in all the latest cosmetic procedures including aesthetic recontouring, porcelain crowns, and laminates. She has completed technical training in Lumineers® veneers which provide patients a simple, painless way to a new, permanent smile. She also completed a year-long mini-residency in dental implantology, which allows her to provide her patients with cutting edge reconstructive and cosmetic implant prosthetics. Dr. Nadine Keegan is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who has been practicing outpatient anesthesia for over 15 years. She is the Director of Anesthesia and Medicine at the Center for Implants and Aesthetics. She is also the Director of Anesthesia for Millennium Aesthetic Surgery, a group plastic surgery practice, on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
