First Visit Invitation
Your child should first see a dentist approximately six months after the child’s first teeth erupt to protect against problems such as early childhood tooth decay, teething irritations, gum disease, and prolonged thumb-sucking or pacifier-sucking.
Request Your Child’s Appointment Here
To prepare your child for the visit, we recommend the appointment be scheduled earlier in the day when your child is alert and refreshed. There are several books listed below that we suggest reading with your child so they can learn what to expect from the visit. If your child is a new patient, please print out and complete the two forms below and bring them to his/her first appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
Our office accepts MetLife and Delta Dental for children and adolescents. All other insurance programs are accepted out-of-network.
